In 2022, I started really focusing on self improvement. Starting on January 1st, 2022 I tried to be consistent with journaling and reading daily devotionals to start & end my day.
I highly recommend getting books like “The Five Minute Journal” or “Mindful Memoir” if you want to get started with journaling. These have short, guided templates for what to write! It’s a beautiful way to start and end your day with a grateful & mindful heart 🥰
After doing this for a year, I saw an overwhelming increase in my overall well being and mental health.
In 2023, I have fallen short on remaining consistent with this skill, as I have put my focus towards other self help improvements, however, when I do journal, I feel a change in my daily attitude and mindset. I plan on implementing this back into my daily habits.
