Last year, I made an album in my camera roll titled “my amazing life”. In this album, I have my favorite pictures of my friends, family, trips I’ve taken, beautiful sunsets, funny pictures that make me laugh, happy memories, etc.
Pictures that bring me joy and allow me to take a step back and give the universe gratitude for all the amazing things in my life, that when I’m down, I tend to not fully appreciate.
I can open up this album whenever I need to remember how loved and blessed I am and how lucky I am to be alive.
I definitely recommend doing this.
